Brandy Fundador Cherry Cask Pedro Domencq Solera Cl 70

Fundador was the first Spanish brandy to be labeled "brandy de Jerez": the term "brandy de Jerez" refers only to products aged in the Jerez region. Brandy de Jerez is the only brandy protected by a designation of origin. Other brandies follow the same classifications, but without the "de Jerez" prefix. On the nose, it offers notes reminiscent of vanilla, caramel, and brown sugar. On the palate, it is smooth and offers still-sweet sensations, like a dusting of cocoa and caramel, before veering towards tertiary notes of pepper and oriental spices. A generous finish with notes of tropical fruit.
