Cavallina Bianca is one of the company's historic brands, and of all the variants, Blend 4 is the young version. Aged for at least 6 months after distillation in steel tanks, it allows the product to mature molecularly. In terms of aromas, this grappa is soft and lively. Like any good white grappa, it is just the right amount of lively. COLOR Crystalline AROMA Floral, warm, and enveloping TASTE Soft, fruity, and herbaceous. Serving Suggestions: Serve neat in a narrow-necked glass (tulip) at a temperature of 14-18°C. Let the product rest for about 1 minute after pouring and before sipping. Pairings: Pairs well with dark chocolate (75-80%), jams in general. Excellent poured over diced watermelon and also as an addition to coffee.
