Description

A great classic of the appellation, perhaps one of the most important Grechettos in the region and, consequently, in Italy. A smooth and balanced white, rich and multifaceted, with a very long finish. Arnaldo Caprai's Colli Martani Grechetto DOC "Grecante" is a wine characterized by its structure and, above all, by the extraordinary aromas it expresses, all to be discovered thanks to its countless food pairings.

Cellar

Marco Caprai believed in the richness of this tradition and revived it with a modern twist, adopting the most innovative production and winemaking methods. Through continuous research and experimentation, we strive to offer our customers powerful, elegant wines with great personality and distinctive character.

Our modern and functional cellar was completely renovated in 1997 and today features a winemaking and storage department, an aging cellar with Slavonian barrels and barriques, and a bottle aging department.
