Tasting notes

Rich in aromas of acacia and broom, on the palate it is fragrant, savoury, quite warm, fresh in acidity, with good structure.

It can be paired according to the most classic Verdicchio canons: fish, hot and cold appetizers, delicate white meats, cheeses and first courses.

Cellar

Cantine Belisario, founded in 1971, is now a farm with 300 hectares of vineyards and a 30,000-hectare cellar. It is the largest producer of a typical white wine from the Marche region: Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. All the vineyards are within a 10-minute drive of the winery, all located in the Upper Esina Valley.
