Cavallina Bianca is one of the company's historic brands and among all the variants, Blend 18 is the refined version of its younger sister Blend 4. Aging in small oak barrels, for a minimum period of 18 months, gives it its typical amber color, also enriching it with new organoleptic sensations. This grappa is smooth and balanced, a grappa of perfect breeding. How to Serve It We recommend serving it neat, in a wide-necked glass (snifter - balloon) at a temperature of 16-18° C., letting the product rest for about 1 minute after pouring and before sipping it COLOR Dark amber BOUQUET Hints of red fruit and licorice FLAVOR Very smooth, balanced and velvety with hints of black cherry Pairings It pairs well with dark chocolate (75-80%), red fruit jams (blackberries, currants, etc.), also excellent as an addition to coffee.
