Intense, elegant, fruity on the nose with hints of citrus.
On the palate it is smooth, soft, with great character, a very long-lasting flavour, warm and elegant.

Garofoli's production takes place in two wineries. Great care is taken in selecting the grapes and determining the optimal ripening point through chemical and sensory analysis of the vine itself. The Verdicchio grapes are processed in the Serra de' Conti winery, in the classic Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi production zone. The base grapes for Rosso Conero are vinified, also within the production zone, in the Castelfidardo winery, where the base grapes for Rosso Piceno and other non-DOC white and red grapes are also processed. The winemaking processes are conducted using the most modern winemaking techniques. The latter winery also handles wine maturation, aging, sparkling wine production, and bottling. The Castelfidardo winery also houses the company's administrative and commercial headquarters.
