Purchasing on Fenolico.it gives you the certainty of receiving your purchased products quickly and safely. Shipments are made via Mail Boxes Etc. courier and deliveries are made in 48/72 hours throughout Italy (Islands and Calabria in 72/96 hours).

Delivery methods
Delivery is via GLS Express Courier or Mail Boxes Etc. Standard:

  • the courier does not provide advance telephone notice;
  • The customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided to Enoteca Fenolico requested by the latter through the website and undertakes to promptly communicate any changes to the data entered.
  • For goods that cannot be delivered to the Customer for any reason not attributable to the carrier or the sender, as well as for goods awaiting instructions from the customer, the courier will take care of their storage and the courier's storage costs will be charged to the customer upon delivery of the goods;
  • In the event of a negative outcome, after three days from the delivery, the order will be considered cancelled due to the impossibility of delivering it.

Enoteca Fenolico will communicate the cancellation of the order to the Customer via email.
Any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded to him, minus any expenses incurred.

Complaints
In the presence of the courier, we ask you to check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the consignment note (delivered by the courier);
  • the packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet, too light or in any way altered in the sealing materials (personalized adhesive tape);

Packaging
The customer must retain the packaging if they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Delivery
Deliveries of goods are deemed to be made to the recipient's ground floor, which must be accessible to normal means of transport.

Our shipments have a flat rate of €4.99 and are free for orders over €79.90. For GLS Express shipping, the flat rate is €8.99 and is free for orders over €100.00.

For our shipments, we use patented packaging that protects your purchases from possible damage during transit. Furthermore, the materials used for shipping are both safe and sustainable.
