Description

Like the Brut Réserve, the Rosé Réserve is the result of meticulous attention to detail and stands out for its unconventional character. The Rosé Réserve is also made with first-pressed juices, and the wine benefits from a slow, lengthy maturation of three to four years, well beyond the region's norms.
Eighty percent of the vintage's wines are made up of equal portions of Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, while the 20% reserve wines are made up of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. The total blend is therefore 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 25% Meunier. Each is vinified cru by cru, varietal by varietal, in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

A sophisticated blush pink robe with bright rosehip highlights. Delicate, lively bubbles are the result of over 48 months of aging.
The subtle yet complex nose reveals initial aromas of homemade strawberry jam mixed with the fruitiness of vineyard peaches. Warm, velvety notes of gingerbread.
On the palate, the deep, powerful mouthfeel offers an explosion of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry encased in velvety whipped cream.
