Borgo Antico is a family-run business in the hills of Conegliano Veneto, a land of morainic origin and rich in clay.

The adventure began in 1973, when Mr. Marchesin decided to produce local wines, involving the whole family and

especially his son Leonardo who, since he was a child, accompanied him in the vineyard, breathing in its atmosphere and learning its secrets

of a fascinating job. Leonardo became an oenologist and in 1995 took over the reins of the company which today owns 15

hectares of land and produces 120,000 bottles per year, the most widely cultivated variety, or 90% of the total production,
