Tasting notes

PERLAGE

fine and persistent.

COLOR

bright straw yellow.

PERFUME

rich in hints of fruit, apple, pear. They are distinguished by freshness and

intensity, then fading into more floral notes of acacia flowers.

AROMA

On the palate it is soft and persuasive. Captivating for its harmony and persistence,

the flavour and aftertaste leave the palate “clean” and ready

for the next sip.

COMBINATIONS

for its persistence and its flavour (given by its production area)

It goes well with all meals, both with fish-based dishes and

white meats as an aperitif at any time of the day.

Cellar

Borgo Antico is a family-run business in the hills of Conegliano Veneto, a land of morainic origin and rich in clay.

always devoted to the cultivation of vines and which gives the wines delicate perfumes and particularly strong aromas.

The adventure began in 1973, when Mr. Marchesin decided to produce local wines, involving the whole family and

especially his son Leonardo who, since he was a child, accompanied him in the vineyard, breathing in its atmosphere and learning its secrets

of a fascinating job. Leonardo became an oenologist and in 1995 took over the reins of the company which today owns 15

hectares of land and produces 120,000 bottles per year, the most widely cultivated variety, or 90% of the total production,

Prosecco, we are talking about the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG PROSECCO SUPERIORE.
