Aromas of berries for a rich and enveloping Trentodoc. In the glass, the rosy reflections of the bubbles accompany the entire banquet.
With an elegant antique pink colour and persistent perlage.
The aroma is broad and complex with citrus and small fruit notes, typical of Pinot Noir.
The taste is rich and enveloping with a finish of notable persistence marked by delicate hints of yeast, conferred by over 30 months of refinement in the bottle.
THE DREAM
1902
The Ferrari legend was born from one man, Giulio Ferrari, and his dream of creating a wine in Trentino capable of competing with the best French Champagnes.
He was a pioneer: he was the first to understand the extraordinary potential of his land, he was the first to spread Chardonnay in Italy.
He began producing a few, very select bottles, with an obsessive focus on quality.
THE EVOLUTION
1952
Having no children, Giulio Ferrari seeks a successor to whom he can entrust his dream.
Among many applicants, he chose Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno Lunelli managed to increase production without ever compromising on quality.
FAMILY TRADITION
'70 - '00
Bruno Lunelli passes on his passion to his sons: under the guidance of Franco, Gino and Mauro, Ferrari becomes the leader in Italy
and the quintessential Italian toast. These years saw the birth of some of the labels destined to go down in history: the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé, and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore.
