The production site of Ron de Venezuela DOC Diplomatico Mantuano Extra Añejo enjoys a tropical climate particularly favorable for growing sugar cane.
The resulting molasses is subjected to an 18-hour fermentation process before being distilled in French columns.
The process of pure cane juice is different, as it ferments for two days and is then distilled in column stills and Canadian stills.
