Rum Don Papa Sherry Casks Cl 70 Boxed

Don Papa Sherry Cask is the molasses distillate produced by processing some of the finest sugar cane in the world, harvested in the province of Negros Occidental.

It is aged for four years in American oak barrels used for bourbon aging and then charred. Then, for 18 months, the rum is divided into four types of ex-sherry casks, previously used for the production of Fino Sherry, Pedro Ximenex Sherry, Cream Sherry, and Palo Cortado Sherry.

Don Papa's master blender carefully blends each component, creating a one-of-a-kind product. No filtration is used to preserve all the primary aromas derived from the distillation of the molasses and the secondary aromas derived from the ex-sherry barrels.
