Karukera Reserve Special Rum Cl 70

Karukera Agricole Réserve Speciale is produced with canes of the Belue B69 566 variety that have reached ideal ripeness. Pressing takes place in a four-roller mill, fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts in 170hl vats, and distillation occurs in a continuous column of copper and stainless steel. The full-proof distillate arrives in the Karukera chais within the Domaine, where it is aged in barrels. Karukera Vieux is made from a blend of the finest old rums aged in French oak ex-Cognac barrels for a minimum of four years.
