Golden yellow in color, the nose offers classic aromas of ripe apricots and peach, along with a distinctive mineral note. The palate is powerful, with juicy, fresh fruit notes. The finish is very long.

For nearly 40 years, the Pfaffls have been considered among the most brilliant ambassadors of the Grüner Veltliner grape (also difficult to pronounce, but incredibly pleasant to drink), as well as Riesling, Chardonnay, Zweigelt, and St. Laurent in their home country of Austria. The winery boasts a total of 110 hectares of vineyards, spread across 10 different villages in the southern Weinviertel area and in Vienna. This unique fragmentation, while making vineyard management more complex, also ensures a great diversity of soils and microclimates, which the Pfaffls perfectly express in their wines. Their portfolio ranges from light and straightforward labels to concentrated and powerful wines, particularly the country's flagship grape, Grüner Veltliner, which is produced in numerous variations.
