It's an extraordinary infusion of dried rosemary in juniper distillate. The blend of two types of rosemary forms the basis of our unique product.
The finished product does not undergo any addition of essences or chemical flavorings.
The juniper distillate itself is the result of the aromatic extraction of juniper fruits infused in cereal alcohol.
The production process involves selecting the small, needle-like leaves after drying. The initial infusion is in high-proof grain alcohol for 48 hours, followed by another 20 days at a near-final strength.
After decanting for a few days, the product obtained is added to the final mass.
This is followed by an unforced rough filtration through sheets and a subsequent fine filtration without depleting the distillate of its most aromatic components.
This process requires some important precautions. It's always advisable to avoid exposing the distillate to direct light or any heat sources. Furthermore, if brought to freezer temperature, it could cause suspensions or thickening. This is due exclusively to the absolute authenticity of the product and the "non-industrial" processing techniques specifically chosen.
The goal is to obtain a linear, gentle and particularly characteristic base, but as suitable as possible to enhance its flavoring.
