Martin Miller's Gin Cl 70

This London Dry Gin is made by Martin Miller's distillery using a special copper still dating back to 1898, built by John Dore and sons. This type of still is considered exceptional by experts, who recognize its great historical value as well as its ability to produce exceptional products. Its distinctive features lie in the thicker copper and the larger swan's neck, key elements in the vapor condensation phase. At the end of the distillation phase, the head and tail are removed to isolate the best part, rich in the aromas that clearly identify the botanicals used. Another important factor in the production is the water, extremely pure and clear, sourced from the Icelandic glaciers.
