Gin Pilloni Grifu Old Cl 70

OLD GRIFU belongs to the aged category and has an alcohol content of 42%.

It has a slightly faster distillation than the Classic Grifu Gin which allows it to obtain a more delicate fragrance of the aromatic hints of wild Mediterranean herbs.

The addition of fresh orange and mandarin peel to the infusion before distillation gives it body and freshness.

The aging takes place inside chestnut barrels (previously containing Vernaccia wine).

By doing this, you obtain a concentration of all the aromatic parts.

Color: Golden yellow

Aroma: aromas of chamomile, thyme, citrus fruits and delicate salty sensations and Mediterranean herbs.

In the mouth it has an excellent structure, balanced, in perfect correspondence with the nose.
