Grappa Marzadro Giare Chardonnay Cl 70

Single-varietal grappa with a fine, elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. Obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a pot still, it ages for at least 36 months in small 225-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully monitors the blend's evolution, evaluating its scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved. Aroma: fine, elegant. Texture: soft, dry.
