Grappa Nonnino Friulana Cl 70

Herbaceous and typical. Rue has digestive properties. Serve at around 12°C in an open tulip-shaped glass. Before tasting, the grappa should rest for a few minutes in the glass: as it oxygenates, the aromas are enhanced, and the nose-palate harmony is completed. White grappa made from pomace of white and red grapes from Friuli, with rue grown in the Nonino family's garden. Herbaceous and typical, it has digestive properties. Selected and destemmed pomace from Friulian vineyards, rue (Ruta Graveolens L.) grown organically in the Nonino family's garden. Vacuum fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed immediately by distillation to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.
