Merlot and Cabernet “Sarpa” in the Veneto dialect means “pomace,” the raw material from which Grappa is made. Sarpa di Poli is obtained from pomace of grape varieties with a floral and delicately herbaceous aroma, steam distilled in copper pots in a discontinuous cycle. CHARACTERISTICS Raw material: pomace of Merlot and Cabernet grapes Distillation: artisanal, in small batches, with copper stills with steam pots in a discontinuous cycle Aroma: fresh herbaceous, mint, rose, geranium Taste: rustic, virile, sincere and generous % alc - Content: 40% Alc./Vol - 700 ml Serving: in a tulip glass, at 10/15 °C.
