Straw yellow in colour of medium intensity with light golden reflections.
On the nose it is fragrant and powerful with notes of yellow flowers and fruit and hints of aromatic herbs, such as thyme and mint.
In the mouth it shows a continuous balance between thickness and freshness and salinity.
