Biancosarti Aperitif 100cl

Biancosarti is an Italian amaro with a 28% ABV, yet subtle and herbaceous, with a flavor almost reminiscent of an aromatized wine. In 1952, brothers Amedeo, Angelo, and Mario Dalle Molle—already producers of VOV and Cynar—acquired Luigi Sarti & Figli of Bologna, known primarily for the production of Biancosarti and fine brandies. Along with Senatore Francesco Tenerelli of Catania, Freund Ballor & C. of Turin, and GB Pezziol of Padua, Sarti thus became part of the Grandi Marche Associate Group of the Dalle Molle brothers. Through significant and targeted advertising, the Dalle Molle brothers placed the aperitif in the spotlight for the entire duration of their ownership of the brand. With the death of Amedeo Dalle Molle (1971) and the onset of family problems that led to the split of the company shares, in the early 1980s Angelo and Mario Dalle Molle sold the company to the Dutchman Ervin Lucas Bols. Since 1995, Biancosarti has been produced and distributed by the Campari Group.
