Baileys Irish Cream is a liqueur made from Irish whiskey and cream, manufactured by RA Bailey & C. Its alcohol content is 17%.

Baileys is the creation of IDV (International Distillers and Vintners) and I&M, a new product development company. Jago and David Gluckman, the creators of this invention, have since created many other beverages and products, most notably Jago's cream liqueur, launched in 2004.
