Bitter Truth was born in 2006 at the Boutique Bar Show in London, an international exhibition where new products can be previewed by industry professionals.
Faced with the difficulty of finding quality bitters in Germany, German bartenders Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck created their own range of bitters, using only natural, high-quality ingredients.
