Our gin is produced in one of London's few remaining distilleries by a Master Distiller whose family business is still thriving after 300 years. They use small-scale stills to ensure the highest quality and produce our gin in the traditional London Dry Gin style. Only the finest ingredients are used in Mayfair Gin, such as hand-picked botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, and orris, which produce an incredibly savory and spicy flavor.
