B4 Hugo Elderflower Liqueur 70cl

The alcoholic component consists of a high-flavored alcohol of agricultural origin. It is obtained by infusing dried elderflowers in ethyl alcohol for a period of at least 10 days. The next step involves extracting the infusion, separating the liquid from the solid part (flowers). The resulting infusion is used as is in the hydroalcoholic mixture that forms the base of the liqueur.

The intense taste and aroma of the elderberry note, enveloping and delicate, recalls the naturalness of elderflowers.

It's perfect for mixing. It can be used to make numerous cocktails, including the Hugo, with the addition of Prosecco, and the mojito. It's also very pleasant when served neat or on the rocks.
