This Single Malt Scotch Whisky is part of the Diageo Special Release 2021 collection (“Legends Untold”) and is left to mature for 8 years in casks that have contained heavily peated whiskies.
The result is a whisky with a strong character and an unmistakable salty profile, with a fantastic peat undertone. On the nose, it presents a rich, salty note of seaweed and saltiness, followed by hints of ash, cigar, charcoal, and apple.
