Numerous celebrities, actors, and athletes have taken turns appearing as spokespeople for Molinari advertising campaigns. Even Frank Sinatra, a great admirer of Molinari Sambuca, was so enthusiastic that he wrote a letter to the Molinari family praising it. In 1967, Antonio Molinari joined the company to work alongside his brothers. The rise of the unmistakable aniseed liqueur was unstoppable, and following its enormous success, the first industrial complex in Civitavecchia was joined by a second: in 1974, Molinari Sud SpA was inaugurated in Colfelice (Frosinone), a new, highly automated plant with a record-breaking production capacity of 60,000 bottles per day. This industrial complex was designed to respond to the constant developments of the Italian and international markets and represents a technological jewel. Since 1975, following the death of Angelo Molinari, his children have inherited his legacy, continuing to establish the Sambuca Molinari brand in Italy and around the world.
