Vermouth Punt e Mes Rosso Cl 100

Red vermouth, a historic Carpano product, has a very distinctive flavor, defined in Piedmontese dialect as "punt e mes," meaning... one point bitter and a half sweet. Its name originates from a singular incident: one day, two stockbrokers were sitting at a bar, heatedly discussing a stock that had lost more than a point and a half. In the heat of the moment, one of them ordered his vermouth in dialect, asking the waiter for a "punt e mes." And voilà, the name was given!
