Straw yellow in colour of medium intensity.
On the nose, it is intense and fragrant, with a bouquet focused primarily on white-fleshed fruit and hints of citrus and dried fruit. On the palate, freshness and savory alternate, echoing the citrus notes perceived on the nose.
