On the palate it is ample, delicious and balanced thanks to its freshness, which carries through to a delicately savoury finish, faithful to the characteristics of the volcanic soil of the Valle dei Calanchi.

Paolo and Noemia d'Amico have pursued their passion for wine and created an award-winning portfolio of seven organic labels grown and produced in Umbria. Using primarily French grape varieties, the volcanic soil of the Calanchi Valley adds a touch of class to all their wines. Once produced, the wines are aged to the sound of classical music in the cellar designed by Noemia d'Amico and world-renowned architect Luca Brasini. Carved from tuff rock, the cellar extends beneath the roof garden, through magnificent structural arches that create an enchanting path to the library, which adjoins a room where Paolo and Noemia d'Amico's wines are tasted.
