Meticulous care of the vines and the surrounding vegetation, combined with rigorous selection, are the fundamental and essential prerequisites for the authenticity of the wines. After harvest, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where they are always processed with the utmost respect for nature. Maturation on fine lees gives our wines balance and structure. The special Crus mature in large and small oak barrels, producing the finest wines.
