The name Soente, with its open and bright sound, comes from the elision of a letter from the word "sovente." Soente is the result of significant experimentation conducted on various Viognier clones.

A yellow color with greenish highlights that hint at the wine's freshness. The nose is striking, with notes of citrus and white flowers. The palate is enveloping, with a savory and persistent finish.

Cellar

Brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco Winery in Montefiascone, in Upper Lazio, with the aim of recovering the area's ancient vines.

After many years of experimentation and research on the Roscetto variety, production of Poggio dei Gelsi began: a selection of EST! EST!! EST!!! that has restored prestige to an unjustly forgotten territory and wine.

Falesco enriches its assets with the acquisition of the Marciliano farm, covering approximately 260 hectares, located on the stunning hillside south of Orvieto, in the municipalities of Montecchio and Baschi. These vineyards provide the grapes for the Marciliano wine, and the new winery was built on this site in Umbria.
