Description

The “Seiano Bianco” wine is a blend of native grape varieties, vinified in steel, resulting in a wine that expresses the territory and honors the name of the land that gave birth to Seiano, praetor under the reign of Tiberius, from which it takes its name.

The Paolo and Noemia d'Amico company is located in Tuscia, specifically in the Calanchi Valley, which offers breathtaking views of the "Calanchi" valley (a sort of canyon), overlooking the town of Civita di Bagnoregio, known throughout the world as "the dying city."

Paolo and Noemia d'Amico's Seiano Bianco wine stands out for its distinctive yet original organoleptic profile.

It is a still, dry white wine, vinified from native local grapes such as Grechetto and Trebbiano.

The wines of Paolo and Noemia d'Amico are characterized by a beautiful minerality that manages to enhance their aromas and maintain them over time.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow in appearance.
On the nose, hints of citrus, white flowers, white-fleshed fruit.
Soft and fresh on the palate, with a long persistence.

Cellar

Paolo and Noemia d'Amico have pursued their passion for wine and created an award-winning portfolio of seven organic labels grown and produced in Umbria. Using primarily French grape varieties, the volcanic soil of the Calanchi Valley adds a touch of class to all their wines. Once produced, the wines are aged to the sound of classical music in the cellar designed by Noemia d'Amico and world-renowned architect Luca Brasini. Carved from tuff rock, the cellar extends beneath the roof garden, through magnificent structural arches that create an enchanting path to the library, which adjoins a room where Paolo and Noemia d'Amico's wines are tasted.
