A pure Grillo, an authentic and distinctive interpretation of Western Sicily's flagship grape variety, grown in the vineyards of the Gibellina hills, at 300 meters above sea level. Manual harvest in late August, soft pressing and light maceration on the skins to best express its full aromatic potential. Finally, it is aged in stainless steel for three months, with a further two months in the bottle.

The Grillo from the "I Contemporanei" line is characterized by a complex bouquet of tropical fruit and Mediterranean citrus. The palate is pleasantly smooth, with a slightly savory finish that tantalizes the palate.
