A white wine made from 100% Inzolia grapes, grown at 200 meters above sea level on the fertile black soils of the Gibellina hills. Alluvial soils, rich in sand and clay, create a wine where the interaction between terroir and microclimate yields surprising results, especially in terms of aroma.
