Nestled in the Murgia landscape, amidst a perfectly preserved jazzo and surrounded by vineyards, Cantine Carpentiere vinifies its grapes in a modern and technologically advanced facility. Harvesting is exclusively manual, with meticulous bunch selection, and only estate-grown grapes are used for winemaking. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures and over long periods, allowing for the natural evolution of the grapes. Large barrels are used for aging to preserve the authentic characteristics of the grape varieties. Bottling is done directly at the winery, not outsourced.
