The color is intense red with purple highlights; the nose reveals notes of red fruit and sweet spices that blend in perfect balance with the vanilla notes of the wood. The taste is rounded, harmonious, and pleasant, with a lingering finish and sweet tannins.

Brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco Winery in Montefiascone, in Upper Lazio, with the aim of recovering the area's ancient vines.

After many years of experimentation and research on the Roscetto variety, production of Poggio dei Gelsi began: a selection of EST! EST!! EST!!! that has restored prestige to an unjustly forgotten territory and wine.

Falesco enriches its assets with the acquisition of the Marciliano farm, covering approximately 260 hectares, located on the stunning hillside south of Orvieto, in the municipalities of Montecchio and Baschi. These vineyards provide the grapes for the Marciliano wine, and the new winery was built on this site in Umbria.
