Like every Stolichnaya vodka, Elit is characterized by careful and meticulous production, combining craftsmanship and technology to ensure the highest quality and purity, from the raw materials to the bottling stage.
The final production step is called freeze-out, at -18°C (-0.4°F), and is inspired by the ancient Russian tradition of leaving barrels outside to endure the harsh winter, allowing them to isolate and thus eliminate all impurities from the liquid. Elit is then slowly brought back to room temperature, brought to the correct strength, and finally bottled after a final filtering.
