Brazil's iconic spirit, the most consumed locally and internationally, cachaça is obtained from the distillation of pure sugarcane juice, without the addition of fermented molasses—hence its substantial difference from rum, despite their origins being the same. This nectar, carefully processed, produces the final spirit, which, in the case of Sagatiba, is made with a modern and innovative distillation process, repeated several times to remove any impurities. The spirit is then aged for at least two years in tropical wood barrels, achieving its unique smoothness and unparalleled exotic flavor.

It's colorless to the eye, and on the nose it offers intense aromas of tropical fruit, which are also found in the mouth, where it explodes with boldness yet is enveloping and sweet. The alcoholic note blends well and provides a very persistent finish with hints of caramel and cotton candy.

Enthusiasts will not hold back and drink it neat, but it is perfect mixed especially in the preparation of caipirinhas.
