Gin Gil Cl 70

A gin inspired by the discoveries of Dr. Gil, ship's doctor on the ship that sank in Calabria in the late 1800s, carrying Jefferson and Roger. The doctor was also an expert alchemist who managed to synthesize the venom of the deadly Rocca Imperiale vipers. And that's not all.

Gil is produced through the distillation of four main botanicals: Rocca Imperiale juniper, wormwood, elderberry, and angelica. It is then flavored with infusions of Rocca Imperiale PGI lemons, Pellaro bergamot, Bisignano bitter oranges, Paola oregano, and aloe. The aloe is left to infuse for 3-4 months. The resulting liqueur is coarsely filtered through a simple linen cloth to remove only the impurities from the distillation process and thus maintain its original color.
