Drinking Gin Mare will transport you to our coast in the height of summer. With its eternal blue sky, its distinctive scent of rosemary, basil, and thyme, the sea breeze on your skin... Gin Mare is made using traditional Mediterranean techniques, through delicate maceration and separate distillation that expresses the full characteristics of each botanical in the final product.

Each bottle of Gin Mare is produced in our distillery, an 18th-century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada.

Every bottle of Gin Mare is unique. The acidity levels of our main ingredient, the Arbequina olive, change annually. This means that each distillation is a unique work of culinary art.
