In the first process, the alcohol is distilled with juniper, obtaining the gin base; in the second phase, a cold infusion (called COLD COMPOUND) is made for about 10% of the total volume with 11 botanicals: citrus peel, cinnamon, licorice root, aniseed, juniper berries, pink peppercorn, horseradish root, ginger, cloves, allspice, and cardamom.
This second distillation process makes our Gin one of a kind.

Tasting notes: Complex, well-structured and dry gin, with hints of juniper, licorice and ginger, followed by delicate citrus notes.
