Rosso al Montefalco Sagrantino: wines that are born
from the love for the territory
The Romanelli Agricultural Company was founded in 1978 in Montefalco,
in the heart of the most important wine region
of Umbria. The family-run company has been operating for more than

of the unique and unrepeatable qualities of the
soils, plants, microclimates that interact
in our ecosystem. This is why we practice
an agriculture that is attentive to the needs of the
territory. Our products express our
history, our territory and our work."
The history of our wine begins in Montefalco: a
land dedicated to viticulture for centuries

you can enjoy a surprising panorama, surrounded by vineyards
and olive trees on one side and dug out of the valley on the other.
The exposure to the sun and the mild climate make
this perfect place to practice viticulture

territory of Montefalco.
A story spanning three generations
Since the late 70s, the Romanelli family
passionately cultivates the bond with the territory of
Montefalco and its fruits. A history whose roots
they sink back in time and whose branches are always
ready to make new projects flourish.
It was 1978 when Amedeo and Costantino Romanelli,
respectively father and son, choose to dedicate themselves
totally into agriculture by founding a company
agricultural in the heart of Umbria, in San Clemente di
Montefalco. Next to them are their wives Anna
Maria and Anna Rita and their children Devis and Fabio, grown up
in close contact with nature. For more than 40 years
the bond with the territory merges with the family one,
giving life to unique and inimitable products.
Today three generations combine their know-how and
their personality to manage the business with passion
of the estate.
