Rum Don Diego Encantador Cl 70

Don Diego Encantador Vintage 1997 reflects our passion for distilling premium vintage Panamanian rum. Under our tropical climate, this sugarcane molasses distillate is aged in small, premium oak barrels. Aging is characterized by abundant evaporation, which lends vivacity. It is particularly deep, yet light and densely aromatic. It has an antique amber color. On the nose, it is clean and fragrant with notes of candied fruit, tobacco, and sugarcane, leaving a lingering scent of wood and chocolate. It has a rounded, sweet, and warm body, with an excellent balance of molasses, caramel, and toasted almonds that lingers for a long time.
