Rum Toucan Vaniliane Cl 70 Cased

Toucan agricole rums come from French Guiana, specifically from the Saint Maurice rum factory, the only distillery in French Guiana, expertly managed by Ernest Prevot. The toucan, this beautiful bird, is an iconic animal of this region and lives in the surrounding forests. Where the forest ends, noble sugarcane (Saccharum Officinarum, for the curious) grows slowly, a few hundred meters from the Maroni River, lulled by the enchanting setting of an ancient and mysterious forest. It is then hand-harvested and quickly pressed to obtain vesou (cane wine), which is then distilled and aged.
