Description

The vineyards are located on clay and limestone soils. Harvest took place in September with low yields per hectare. Red wine vinification included alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the must on the skins. Aged for 6 months in small French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

In the glass, it has a pale red color, and on the nose it releases clear fruity notes of undergrowth, characterized by a bouquet that enhances the delicacy of vanilla and violet. On the palate, it has an unmistakable flavor that echoes fruity and floral notes.
