Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it reveals pleasant aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, and pear. On the palate, its freshness, fragrance, and minerality make it very pleasant.

Cantina Sanpaolo is perfectly sustainable, thanks in part to a photovoltaic system that makes it energy self-sufficient, and thermal insulation that minimizes energy consumption. It is equipped with modern, fully insulated small and medium-sized tanks that allow for the separate vinification of each plot. The selected grapes for the passito wines are dried in the heated drying room. The beautiful barrel cellar houses fine barrels of various carats: barriques, tonneaux, and casks, all made of French oak.
