Impenetrable garnet red. Aromas of ripe red fruit, with clear hints of cherry and plum in alcohol. Jammy flavor, rich and beautifully long, with well-balanced tannins.

The underground cellar is thermally insulated, with a large roof garden that maximizes its visual impact and serves to collect rainwater and irrigation water, previously extracted from the groundwater well, then purified on-site and used for cellar operations. A phytoremediation system using papyrus purifies the water, restoring its pH before it is released back into the environment. A winding path through aromatic Mediterranean herbs, the vegetable garden, and a bush-trained Primitivo vineyard connects the cellar to the ancient Masseria, now restored with respect for its traditional forms, colors, and materials. The Masseria welcomes wine tourists in its spacious courtyard or in the old stables. The Cantina con Cucina project offers tastings of fine wines paired with rustic dishes prepared in the cellar, with seasonally inspired menus and the use of the highest-quality, locally sourced products and, in partnership with the Slow Food Manduria – Terre del Primitivo convivium, Slow Food Presidia from Puglia.
